The Colour Purple

I was looking through my archives for a suitable image for a competition with the theme 'Purple'. I decided to try and replace the colour using CS4 and did a quick check of the techniques section of EPZ and found a suitable method and gave it a go with this image of S_Olivia, the dress and shoes she is wearing are in fact red, and I must admit I am fairly pleased with the result. Digital manipulation is not something that I would normally consider but I must admit that I shall be doing a bit more in future.

I decided not to use this image for the Purple Competition, as I found a more suitable one, but the exercise was worth it.
