Didn`t think the colour version would be as good as the b+w ,Wrong ,I love the variation of colour in this shot , Fantastic Image, Love it.

Been clicking back and forth for a while can't really make up my mind between B/W and colour, but I think the colour just takes it. - gary

I normally prefer the colour shots, but in this case I think that the picture really lends itself to B&W. In my opinion there are a few times that mono improves and compliments a picture, and this is one of those, few, times. That's the secret, lol.
Both good pictures though.

I'm not sure I agree 100% with Brian. Colour does work for this shot. Perhaps it needs a little tweaking (tonemapping maybe) to bring out a bit more detail.

Hiya, thought of you when I was at Watersmeet again the other day. I like this and the b&w but this is my favourite I think and the red coming through on the gate makes it for me. Well spotted and nice angle.
