Great use made of available light, it picks out faces and lifts them against the background shadows. Gives a very intimate, almost conspiratorial feel.
So you're another one who can't resist getting the camera out between courses...

Eating al fresco with an interesting assortment of paraphernalia on the table. Almost as intriguing as the what their very ernest conversation was about. The mystery heightened by the darkness. A well thought out and constructed image.
