I rather like this!
It's pleasantly busy, colourful and there's just enough warm colours to offset the more stark, colder blues.
The only thing obviously wrong with it, is that it needs straightening, which I've done in my mod.
Whilst I was at it, I sharpened it a bit too.
I suspect this is one of those images that could stand being sharpened to the point where other images would be vastly oversharpened yet you'd get away with it.
I might also be inclined to crop a bit from the left to centralise the building.

Works very well, though, as the other two have said, it needs straightening. The car headlights are a little bright, so I wonder if it would have been feasible to wait for a gap in the traffic. Another little tweak might be to move to the right a bit so the building on the left didn't cut into the lights and the lamp-post wasn't hiding some on the right. (Even if it's not possible to avoid the building cutting in, de-aligning the lamp post would be good.)
