Phil, I missed going the Isle of Skye during my Jan trip up there, mind you, the further north you go the better it gets, Scotland is a magical place and the light (between the grey days) can be spectacular.

Superb image...great composition, colour n light.


Had a week on Skye with out a cloud in sight apart from my trip at Elgol...arrived after camping at Glen Brittle and walked from Elgol to Camasunary in drizzling rain - had a wonderful night in the bothy on the beach and some nice light when I got up next day but little chance to enjoy as I was on a tight schedule - walked Ben Nevis later that morning after the drive over from Skye.
