Another from the trip. Ben and I had shot Balmeanach Bay and I was standing on the beach with soaking wet feet having been caught out by the tide. I photographed 'Joe's Bolder' and then noticed some really nice cloud colour behind me over a grassy bank. I decided to investigate as Ben had disappeared. As I climbed to the top I looked out across a perfect scene of water with the Cuillin mountains reflected in it. A really nice bank of cloud above and, to top it all, some snow on the caps. Fantastic!
This is a portrait version. Needless to say I have others for another day!

Edit: Have just uploaded a mono version as well.

Oh, and to the right are The Braes village if you want to search for it on a map. And I found Ben, he was to the left photographing this very scene!

Stunning Jon, draw dropping stunning. The funny thing was, we arrived so early and its so dark in Skye (no light pollution) that I had no idea these mountains were there until I climbed over the ridge!

Thanks again for the heads up on this mate, a great location.
