Autumn morning light this morning at The Dark Hedges. An avenue of 300 year old beech trees situated along Bregagh Road in Antrim.
Someday I'll get there.
Meanwhile I love your autumn version of these wonderful old trees.
Lovely dappled light through the bare branches.

These are amazing trees, old and "expressive". Great capture.
The off centre road placement is refreshing to see in a place so often photographed. You've managed the contrast really well an kept loads of colour on the trunks an the autumn foliage which is very skillful indeed. A brilliant piece of work!
Al sums this up well Gary.
Nice to see this location without the very bleak mood. Dont get me wrong I love that as well just good to see something different.
Its a beautiful photograph Gary.
What a remarkable location, excellent image.
A magical looking avenue
