This field with the view over to the Welsh Mts caught my eye, the farmer was working in the field and he gave me permission to go in and get the shot, the sky was really stormy and yet where we were the sun was bright and warm. He has farmed here all his life but no longer lives here, and has moved down to the lower land where he runs a caravan park, I bet it does not have a view like this one.....

The tiny road up to this field was only just wide enough for our car, and the stone walls were very close, almost too close for comfort....

Hi Linda
What part of Wales is this? The composition and exposure is excellent and as stated the open gate to let you in to this landscape, excellent work and a sky to die for.

Regards

Trev.

An excellent landscape. The 'gateway / opening' visually invites you through to walk down across the fields ahead.

Cracking cloud formation too.
