The Finished Marmalade

Here's the finished product! The peel floated to the top...and the little jar doesn't have any peel in it...but at least it makes interesting photos! (I hope!) Lighting courtesy of the little lamp again.

First taste test today - apart from being too well set (I need to pay attention when it's close to setting temp!) I am told it tastes how it's meant to.

I definately don't like the taste of marmalade....fun to make though! Lol!
