dear Anthony,
In my opinion,the PointOfInterest is to many,means that the eyes of viewer will go anywhere try to search what is interesting point in this photo.Why dont you try to crop and let the little alley on the left side being tha most interesting part of this photo ???
you will get back light photo composition and the line to direct the eyes of viewer.
