I like the simplicity of the image and the fisherman casting on the left. However, there is a lot of noise and I tried to remove some in my mod, as well as adjust the levels a bit. I do hope you didn't add the noise for effect as I'll feel extremely daft if you did. As it was a sunny day, there would have been no need for a high ISO setting, so I'm a little perplexed. Perhaps it suffered because of the distance. Having your camera settings is very useful in this section.

I agree with Pamelajean about the noise - not sure whether it was intentional or not, but in my opinion it doesn't add anything to the image.

Also, I think the composition would perhaps be more effective if we could see where the left-hand fisherman is casting his line...
