Havana.
Thanks for looking and for your time. Comments and criticisms are welcome.
Ann

Now I've uploaded it, it looks as if it could benefit from a bit more saturation. Any views?

Great colours and textures in the leaking paint, must have been a splendid sight when it was all freshly painted! Another great candid image Ann... Mark

Not much passing trade Ann. The hint of colour in the flowers is pitched just right to contrast the b/g Walls.. Excellent composition

Superb, I love the beautiful bright colours of the flower seller and his wares against the muted colour of the buildings.

Love the contrast between the freshness of the produce with the general dilapidation around, Ann:
Somehow the make do and mend carriage for the produce fits with the latter.
Another excellent study in your Cuban series.

Another fine shot from Cuba, Ann. Regarding saturation -- I could go either way. The colors look a bit faded but that seems to be a consequence of the sun-drenched, neglected stucco.

Wonderful image, Ann! I love the contrast of fresh flowers with the old houses! Great textures and nice rendition! For me there's no need for any increase of saturation. A wee bit of darkening or contrast might bring out the result you would like.

What a wonderful image of hope and decay.
The traders's basket, the cigarette hanging from his mouth, the hope of a sale.
not much evidence of wealth around anywhere.
An image that tells a story.
Fruit and flower colours stand out from flaking walls.

Another marvellous image from Cuba Ann, the decay is everywhere, but the fresh flowers add new life and the use of the baby carriage is making use of something maybe no longer needed in it's real role.
I'd leave the saturation and just darken slightly, or add a little black which will make the saturation look deeper.

The saturation looks fine to me too Ann, maybe as nonur suggests a little darkening or contrast on the walls. Love the textures of the old peeling paintwork and then the new fresh flowers against it - Fab' series Ann Smile

A dilemma, but I reckon the saturation is pretty close. A very interesting conjunction of bright and lively and the building behind. It is a much better picture than my compliment.

Well I rather like it just as it is Ann. It captures the rawness of the location and the harshness of the Light very well indeed. A great addition to your Cuba set.

Great candid, Ann Smile Gosh...this place is full of wonderful textures and pattern, isn't it??

It could be my monitor but it looks like highlights could be toned down a tiiiny bit. I'm thinking desaturate, say 20%. Then increase shadow/decrease highlights a bit. Then resaturate 15-20%.

All this depends on the software being used, obviously. I get different results from different software in terms of identical numerical adjustments.

By the way, I love this flower seller's 'vehicle' SmileSmile
