We went for a walk this afternoon in the Lickey Hills. A ten year old boy had been making pictures on the path while his mother had a rest on one of the benches.
This is his picture of the four seasons - I reckon Vivaldi would have been impressed ![]()

How beautiful! Thank you for preserving something so personal and ephemeral.

My wife takes classes over to our allotments in Spring and Autumn and the look of amazement when a potato is pulled out of the ground is astounding. How wonderful to see a child at tune with nature, and well captured too, Helen.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I have more of his work and I'm delighted that you can see the beauty in what he has created.
you should have asked for his autograph Helen, he could be a top artist one of these days![]()
What a wonderful picture he has created, and I'm sure he'd be chuffed at your lovely colourful capture of it here, Helen ![]()

Marvellous to see the imagination of a child materialise in this way, Helen. Thanks for sharing.

beautiful work ... and very well presented and captured, too.
In years to come, when he achieves fame, you will have evidence of an early masterpiece.
That child is a true artist in the making and how beautifully you have documented and enhanced that creativity Helen.
