Hi Ann
Hope some of your get up and go has come back! A nice shot here of these rather splendid gates. The image, on the whole, is a pleasing one, though, I feel it is slightly off balance - where you have the symetry of the gates, the rows of benches in the foreground push the image out of balance (maybe it's just me). Also there seems to be a whitish cast over the image too but that is easily remedied. I have put up a mod for you to address all this - but it is only my personal taste and shouldn't detract from what is a charming image.
Andy
My get up & go gets up & goes more often these days, too, Ann!
A very lovely ornate gate - like the inclusion of the figures, and captured at just the right moment. They always seem to place rubbish bins in front of picturesque scenes, don't they? At least this one complements the gates and is less obtrusive!

A very grand looking gate which you've captured in all its splendour
