This are those soldiers, whom we always ignored . But actually we all stand on the ground that made by this kind of worker. Any department, agriculture or architecture world. They are the true soldiers, who will work till the day before death. A Salute for this PEOPLE.

This is very good. Its a great tribute to labourers, not only in India, but all over.

I love the elevated position against the sky. Youve done very well overall.

So, some suggestions. I would soften the edge of the man against the sky just to reduce the appearance of those jagged edges; consider darkening the clouds to add some drama; crop a little from the left, and add more sky. It balances the image when height is added. Then add some contrast.
