Thank you all so very much for your comments and also your best wishes regarding my job.

Today's offering is just a herd of heiland coos doing what heiland coos do best!

The decorating has started - TV is covered up and I am sitting "enjoying" the smell of paint!!

Carol

I remember as a kid Carol seeing Highland cows grazing in the field next to the slaughterhouse !!
The slaughterhouse shut down and then opened as a dance hall.
As a habit, everyone still called it the ''meat market''.
It did not last too long as it was the wrong sort of girls that turned up on Saturday nights when they heard it was a meat market !!
Good shot.
Mick.

The horns look so lethal but when you see the face they are so lovely. Very nice work Carol.
Your approch to decorating is to be commended - put your feet up and let the work commence.WinkWink

Wonderful beasts so nicely portrayed Carol.

If the smell of paint gets to much.. cut an onion in half and place it in the room... it should absorb the smell.

Don't enjoy the smell too much Wink

These highland coos are magnificent beasts, aren't they?? This is a thoroughly beautiful image, Carol. These fellas have two things in common with me. We need a haircut and we love grazing all day long GrinGrin
