Nice effort, looking 'ghostly' is very subjective so I will upload a mod with my interpretation of the word. I will also correct your verticals (not everybody wants to do this but I believe for formal rather than artistic pics, it should be done) but will omit the frame. There is a lot of noise present in the sky area, so I will remove that as well.
No EXIF given so I cannot help there, if you really wish for critique you need to show us your camera's settings.
