Interesting to see just how different V 1 is from the original, Joan, and you have created a very graphic image indeed: I like this effect and it seems to suit the subject so well.

The red against black works really well.

You started with a fine shot, and made a wonderful graphic. (The lighthouse looks a bit like a fine lady in her hat. She has a somewhat coyly surprised expression. )

Original is a good shot of the lighthouse; I love your treatment in V2, works SO well in this instance and clearly should run away with many votes.
