The Lincoln Imp with Britannia 70013

With Network Rail announcing the closure of all the signalboxes on the GN (Great Northern area) in 2013 I thought it best to catch 70013 at this superb location. Britannia Class No 70013 'Oliver Cromwell' heads towards Lincoln at Sleaford North junction with the 'Lincoln Imp' charter from Kings Cross.What more could you ask for,signalbox,semaphore,telegraph poles and an old wooden gated crossing sadly all soon to go. Saturday 14th July 2012.
