Did a hindu wedding on Saturday, still knackered now! 7:30am till 10:30 PM... then I hit the beers and went clubbing in harrogate Wink

What an experience to watch, never mind photograph - at lunch time the groom's family were eating in a large room where I'd set up a couple of strobes and brollies - a bit of space is heavenly when you can get it.

This is one of my favourite shots, 2 of the guys from the stag do - just reminded me of Hale and Pace's "The Management" sketch for some reason Wink

Cheers for the lens Richard, it's fit and well and very very heavy after 14 hours

nice portrait and good exposure, i think they could have been a little further away from the bg as it does tend to distract a little, G

fair point.... but this is a wedding, not a studio shoot... there were about 150 people milling around behind me at this point, we were squashed against the fireplace with no breathing space whatsoever Wink

give it a go some time

Relaxed looking dudes, could be a flyer image for a TV show easily, great portrait Ade, I'm sure they will love it.

I like the eye contact with each one of them. I'd have toned down the bright highlights on the fireplace if it was mine as I find they tend to be a bit intrusive.
