I'm missing my mommy in heaven, but I don't have any photos of her, so I used myself and my daughter (I hope that's not bad karma 
).

ps: Oops! I just realised that I made the shadows of my daughter and the telephone point in the wrong direction

This is a verry sad immage and what a pitty that you dont have a photo of your Mum,but you have happy memmories I am sure ,and no one can take those away from you.So your Mum did see your beautiful Daughter before she passed away,but your Daughter might not remember her ,and that's when photos come handy.Do talk about her with your daughter.

Beautifully done.
I would suggest putting some sand around the base of the phone. It looks as if it is floating at the mo.
I have done a mod where I have put a bit of sand around the base of the phone and blurred the edges of the girl and phone at 30%.
