This is a lovely scene, I really like the little stone bridge with the field and fence in the background. Unfortunately, you've taken the image with the sun shining into the camera - this has given you the hazy, overexposed look.

If you specifically wanted this image you could re-visit at a different time of day.

Adding some contrast would go a long way to solving this problem too - why not check out the contrast sliders in whatever program you use to edit your photos?Smile

hi Sarah and welcome to EPZ!!! yes I think if you altered the cotrast then the photo would be darker and lees of the image would seem so bright. You would be able to get better detail of the bridge and the tree behind it...
Oh and I am no expert either just a novice!!!!
Do you have photoshop elements 4 at all?

Hi Sarah its no problem I only got photoshop elements 4 ( bout 40) after 2 years!!!!
But it does help me a lot to alter my pics ( cheatin!!) although I am a very amateur novice or maybe a novice amateur!!
