During a trip to the Lake district over half term the only day of good weather was the afternoon I arrived. I wanted to get a different view so I took this one with the Old Man of Coniston taking its rightful, if distant, place on the top rh third Grin

The dried reeds give that bit extra to the water and reflection, Alun, and the colours contrast beautifully.

A simple image but the reflection and the fg grasses lifts the image well beyond the ordinary.
