I don't usually make whole peanuts available to the little birds,this one must have escaped whilst filling up the feeders...nothing escapes their beady little eyes..& he's not letting go either!
Love the expression here...& another go with the 1.4X TC

Janet, this is such a beauty.
I played with a 2x converter on the Nikon 300mm lens today but no joy at all, all dark and very noisey every picture went in the recycle bin - sob sob,so sticking with a standard 300mm

Andrw..the bg is either my grass or the wall at the front of my house which is peppered with plants,bushes & trees...would have liked a couple of images in the snow though..none here!!
Brian..I will keep having a go now & then with the TC,I think it's a bit hit & miss but I'm sure I will get the hang of it....oneday..lol
