I am not sure which I prefer. Colour or Mono? I am a mono lover in many cases. Did put just a dab of colour back into the face and candles. Same picture as a few days ago. Taken in Carmel, California. The Carmel Mission dating back to the 1700's.
fine, solemn image.. and drives the idea home very clearly: everyone is loved and equal in God's heart. a commendable job and a very meaningful and perhaps all important image..
This remains a fantastic image! Color or Mono, I prefer the color tho!
The presence of person has enhanced this image. Great mono. Fine details.
Wonderfully converted, but I agree with Jenn.
Good conversion Sandy, but I think I prefer the coloured version
It works really well but not sure which I prefer.
Wonderful mono image.
This one Sandy brilliant
Even more impact in monochrome Sandy.
Both lovely images.
Superb addition Sandy, very emotional.
think the colour version is the winner for me Sandy
Luv it, Sandy, the hint of colour works brilliantly, a fine piece of creative thinking, one I will try myself, thank you.
Looks good in mono too Sandy, but comparing the two together, think the colour verson just wins it for me
A touching image
I think colour would compliment this more Sandy
I think this looks just as good b/w, it glows. I liked the gold of the original as well though.
Mono is so great for this type of images
It's not like me, but I find that I prefer this mono version, it makes it feel more "private", more contemplative, and looks more atmospheric altogether.
Without doubt in this case mono for me, a cracking picture Sandy
A truly powerful and emotional image made all the more effective by a wonderful mono conversion. Superb Sandy.
It's all been said above, just terrific!
