After an early morning venture up a beinn bhreac which skirts the north face of Bruach na Frithe at the edge of the Cuillin Hills (and getting rained on) I came back down to Sligachan to some much changed weather conditions, albeit still quite moody there were some breaks of light from the west. But in true Hebridean fashion that mood turned to a rain storm overnight!

I know this area well. Like the image very much. Just shows you don't always have to have bright sunlight.

I have stood at that very spot and this is a beautiful rendition of the scene from that viewpoint. Great exposure control and the magenta cast adds mood nicely.
