The main staircase at Dunster Castle. Particularly difficult exposure due to lamps, windows with midday sun, dark detailed wooden banister and white detailed ceiling. Achieved with 7x image HDR handheld using 14mm lens. Converted to TIFFs using DXO, HDR produced and tonemapped using Photomatix, final touches in Photoshop.
Version II has been run through Photoshop's Adaptive Wide Angle filter to sort out those non vertical verticals ![]()
