I'm not normally a bird photo expert, but this is excellent to my eyes. Good in-flight capture, nice and crisp on the owl - very good detail and dof. But it's the light - that is superb: coming through the wing feathers and hitting the foliage on the ground.

Excellent Photo. I won't say it's jus lucky to get this shot. The Mind blowing frame, color details and the lighting through the feathers of the owl says it all. You're an Expert in Bird Photography! Superb Shot! Adding it to my favs
