Taken this evening - 21x two minute exposures merged together using Photoshop layers. It was meant to be 60 exposures but the clouds came. I left one frame with clouds in as I like the effect.

Good grief! I don't know how you lot are so patient when doing these long exposures. Smile But the results are well worth it, and I like the inclusion of the clouds. Top work.

I like the pov Pete - the light through the bottom of the tree trunks is nice. I'm glad you left a frame with the clouds in it - it's given a very good effect of rays in the sky.

I wonder if I will ever have the patience to go out in the evening to capture star trails.......

Love the view point here Pete, giving the Trees a certain majesty. The cloud effect is quite Heavenly, and the spiral of Stars topping off this image VERY nicely indeed.

I like this. It's quite unique, I've seen some ones always with a church on it...this one is different. I like the light at the background, but I can't work out where it was from, it should be totally dark at the time of the year..very strong artificial(?) light .. worked well...
