Excellent idea Diane, works well to.
I really like the bold silhouette of the monument
I think cloning out the rope and a crop to eliminate the light part of the monument would make it special. Just my thoughts. Smile

I did another version this morning with a different crop, with only half of the cenataph, so no rope, but this was a different shot and not as sharp, so I chose this one. I have scrolled up to eliminate the white section and I do like it like that. ThanksGrin

Excellent idea Diane, such a strong image. I like David's adjustments but I would probably go further and maybe crop down the middle of the memorial and across the top to remove the white bit. Superb spot and capture.
