Great looking model - like the light tones and expression...

May be a glass of red would have been preferable and her right hand is a little confusing, perhaps she should be topping the glass up with something instead...?

thanks C - you're right - especially about the colour of the wine- intelligent comment - thanks for that - not sure about the topping up but maybe too much white around to allow for clarity

I like the general lightnes yet the skin tones are right. Excellent picture.

Great quality, though I think there is far too much white in the picture to carry off the vamp effect. Perhaps a darker background and clothes would be more effective. I also find the hand holding the scarf distracting... it looks like she is droping it into the glass. Still gets a click though.

Your'e right Cathal - I had in many ways seen all that - all one can say in these circumstances is - next time - I hope! Smile

The hand may well work with a darker back ground - she's meant to be and within reason is - playing with the scarf 'temptingly' Ho! Ho! - The glass should be straight too and mildy 'toasting' the viewer

I figure all my shots and in particular Portraits well on the upward (with luck)learning curve !!

Thanks all Dave

I like it, but the first thing I thought was that the right hand should be pouring wine into the glass.
