Here is one from the rehearsal for the open ceremony last Monday, 8 separate images stitched together in PS.
It was a great atmosphere and event too

Richard! Photography of the highest order mate, not easy to get the people sharp in separate captures then stitched, very little movement detected, awesome work.

Excellent Richard, has that " wow " factor. How did you get an DSLR into the stadium ( thought they had something called security ?)
very fine work here Richard has resulted in a fantastic pano of the venue
Ron no problems with security but did try a long lens, just a 50mm and wide angle

Wow. Just wow! The first image of the event that has actually excited me. It has an asymmetrical sweep that's quite dizzying.

Sue and I loved the opening ceremonies and we are glued to the TV and internet following the games.
It brings back memories of when the games were here in Los Angeles (1984).

Absolutely superb. The stitching has worked so well with the people all looking perfect. Great view too. I thought that the opening ceremony was magnificent. I can only imagine what it must have been like to have been there to experience it!
