Not been around much lately due to a combination of work commitments and a lack of a internet connection at home (after a change in service provider). Thanks for the comments and votes on my last upload.

This image was taken a month or so ago now on a deserted Crosby beach. The wind was wicked - and I had to add some body weight to the tripod for this exposure to ensure it remained sharp. For the next week I had a lovely case of conjunctivitis caused by the sand getting in my eyes. Now I know why the beach is deserted in high winds... doh!

Rgds,

Adam

Amazing choice of angle and detail to forground makes this stand out.

Seen hundreds of shots of these statues but you have come up with a great point of view and sky - a lovely image, Adam, well photographed.

Great image Adam. Like the dominant position of the statue in the fram looking out to the distant objects.
