Fellow epz'ers.
I need help with this one.
This is a replica of an old lantern at the entraqnce to a small harbour.
Suggestions wanted on what to do with that area of burned out sky. My brain has gone on strike.....

Thanks for all the thoughtful comments on the latest uploads. As ever, I do appreciate them very much indeed.
Malc

Perhaps crop the image to just below the lantern where the angle changes on the structure.

Definitely the crop - square contains abstract lines and angles so well.
Love the feel to this - almost balanced but could be about to topple over.

Hi Malc,

I slapped a quick p.s mod as perhaps the crop of v2 is rather claustrophobic.

Its appeal was the study against the backdrop of the sky in the first place !

Best way to get it looking good is to re-visit the scene when the sky is more controllable.

What an unusual lantern holder, love it! The crop works well. Did you try it as a mono? May or may not work! Re: your comment yesterday, I do seem to be having a 'blue' period at the moment!
