A picture taken earlier today. I liked the fact this tree stands alone, with the hedge leading upto it.
Any comments are very welcome.
Thanks for looking, Dan

Really like this shot. Again I think your levels are slightly off. It might be that your screen calibration could be off and it looks perfect on your screen.

Its always best to use the levels in Photoshop to check that the whole tonal range is being used. If there are flat spots on either side just drag the corresponding slider until it starts to rise.

By the way where is this tree? Ive been after a solumn tree for ages and can never find one lol

Cheers again Dale.....I think my main problem is that I use a laptop, and the screen differs in tones depending what angle the screen is at! A calibration would probably help too.

The tree......go along the A31 as if you were heading toward Bere Regis. Go past the Drakes Estate (the really long wall). About 1/2 a mile before the roundabout your see the tree on your right at the back of this field. I took this picture in the field, but was only about 25ft away from the road. Hope these directions will help you. thanks again Dale.

Dan.

If unsure use the levels Smile or plug an external monitor in Smile
