HAd a day out at Howletts Zoo in Kent on Monday, mainly a day with the elephants, but managed to get a couple of reasonable shots of these magnificent animals.
Mind you, I was not entirely happy at the way this one was staring at me through, what suddenly seemd VERY thin wire fence, as it trotted over to say hello!!

It certainly deserves much more attention!
So here's a bit more attention.
This is a cracking shot, it looks as if it coming towards ALL of us. Good lighting and sense of movement.
