An interesting and well-manipulated set. v3 is a stand out for me. It may have been worth just cloning out the ends of the left hand spikes so they don't touch the edge of the frame.

Yes Dave, that would have been much better , thanks for the advice.
I only started to "play" with all those postproduction-possibilities.
Therefore I am very thankful for any hint and help to improve ...
