Drove past a high settlement and kids came up to car. We gave them balloons and pens/paper. I don't think they had seem such items. Apparently the sun bakes the dirt into their skin giving a rosey look.

A beautiful image, but her face is quite dark. Ive uploaded a mod and addressed this, hope it works for you. A backlit scene like this will benefit if you force you flash to be on.
