This could be a really interesting shot but the horizon needs levelling, and it could use some work on levels etc to lift the image and give it more depth. I did a modification which really livened it up but you haven't enabled modifications so I can't post it. If you want to see my version just private message me with your e-mail address and I'll send it to you then delete your e-mail address immediately to protect your privacy. As it did liven up well, vote for potential here.

A nice composition but a difficult exposure - the sort of shot that could do with a tripod and a polariser or big stopper filter. Also the horizon needs a tad of straightening. A
