After the mad dash and the wrong train she did come along, this was a chartered run Saturday (23rd) heading for Minehead. Caught her (and the previous one!) between Watchet station and Washford working off the curve.

Excellent image Bev. Love the steam in this one framing the top of the picture and you can still see the whole train through the archway of steam. I'm sure that's just what you were trying to achieve, as you are such an expert in this field now!

You have caught this perfectly. Looking closely it seems a little weak, lacks of contrast would you say. Well done with the composition though. Perfect. Regards John

Hey! the King arrived. Reminds me of my Hornby Hall class "Albert Hall". I do have a thing for the GWR, and I'm not even a Brit!
Great shot, and no detail lost in the steam/smoke.
