The rather large Bee was captured buzzing around a group of flowers in my front garden, having a poke and prod blissfully unaware that I was taking a group of photographs of my favourite of all insects. I particularly like this photograph, because although not taken with a conventional macro lens and a sturdy tripod I have still managed to capture the detail in the Bees delicate, but yet powerful wings, and other parts of the splendid specimens anatomy,
