It's from Redfield and its called Fractalius. I've had it for ages, but a new version came out last week that runs on 64bit Windows (not for MAC I'm afraid). It takes some getting used to and you need the right kind of shot as it principally works on the bright areas. So, a shot with a black backdrop and some bright colours works well, such as the shot I posted. It's about £30. Redfield link
