Cherry tomatoes from my garden, taken earlier this year. The specks are grains of salt.
I like the simplicity of this image although I don't think you needed the salt. Sue
The salt was to get the tomatoes to stand, because I spent about 20 minutes before that, attempting to get them to stand up straight. Now that I think back on it I probably could have used stickytack or glue though. XD
Thank you very much. ^^
Yes, flowers, fruit and veg. don't always play along with you and you sometimes need to encourage them or provide additional support.
I nice idea, well executed.
Hello friend, this is a nice idea of capturing the tomato, well thought and executed image..
Well done. Although as a general guide, three or five work better than two or four.
Something to do with how the brain works.
This is lovely! I really like the simplicity, it makes a brilliant image!
We are all different and for me the salt ads a whole extra dimension to this wonderful shot, evoking as it does the tantalising taste of salted tomatoes. I don't care why you put it there, that's the effect. I love the gradient arrangement of the tomatoes too.
Well done good work from you
This is great!
Thanks a ton everyone! Soo many comments!
I'll keep the odd number idea in mind, Chris. ^^
Really well composed - I always like to have salt with my tomatoes!
Love the transition from green to red, too
