There is a single tree standing on a rocky promontory of Loch Trudescaig. I've tried many times to capture it to show it's battle with the winds which can howl across this part of North Scotland. The conditions on the day I took this shot were just about perfect for what I wanted. The building cloud promised & delivered heavy rain. Shot taken I left the tree to it's lonely existence.
