Hello, and a Merry Morning to one and all!

So, what kind of a day did you have yesterday on epz, eh? Up here in Northumberland it was a bit like the figure on the left, Version 1. For others it was more like the figure on the left, Version 2.
You pays for your ISP and you takes your choice, innit?
At least we managed to get out and take some photographs, so all was not lost.

These two characters adorn opposite sides of a well-head on the south side of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Unedited, so the waterspout dribbles down or up according to taste.

Good morning to you too, Bill,
well, my day was like V2 left, isn't this a good sign?
Very interesting study, like the combination in the two versions, showing the options one has. I am definitly for V2, a lot of laughing and a bit sadness at the back, that's how life should be.
Lovely details and textures, well seen,
Johanna

Hi Bill,
Beautiful sunny start to the day here at the moment, but that's just how yesterday started out, then it all went wrong for about 5 hours...so frustrating..
My ISP is out of the window as soon as the contract is up in Feb.
In the meantime, I do like this image you have created, & today I am determined that I will be just like no; 2, happy & smiling all day long.
Have a good day yourself.

I just gave up like you yesterday, having EPZ down at the weekend is becoming all too regular.
Nothing for hours, couldn't even log on.
Well today is another day and all is well with the world, so I will take the happy smiley one please.
Super images, water stains going uphill, it could only be one of yours.

Lovely idea and well executed; makes a wonderful image. Is the hidden idea behind this that if you turn a frowning man upside down he'll start laughing? (or the other way around) The shape of the mouth is the same...

Rende

When I heard you were coming to my home town,I commented on one of Moiras images that it would be interesting seeing images from a ''fresh eye''.This is EXCATLY what I was talking about.I would be a rich man if I had a pound for everytime I walked passed these. It NEVER occurred to me to point my camera here.Well done Bill, and I hope you have a few more surprises up your sleeve.By the way, V2.it just seems more pleasing to the eye.

Very clever use of this facility Bill, and great images. Yesterday is history thank goodness, but at least this time it was nothing to do with our good friends at EPZ!

My first thought was they you had just upturned the other one, then I realized one was sad and one was happy. A good teaser. Like them both.

A great mixture Bill . Love them all .

Poured with rain most of yesterday. Had my friend Liz round for Roast chicken , Then Raspberries and Blackcurrants out of the freezer mixed into a raspberry jelly with red wine and whipped cream . Then Liz said might not be raining at Bundoran so we went . Takes 40 mins . The sun came out for 1 hour so I took one or two pics .Life is what you make it in'it Smile xx

I know they're the same but I can't help but like version 2 more I have no idea why! A great shot

Perfect title to a very smart juxtaposition. Francois.

very good photo and brilliant use of variants Bill 1 & 2 back and forth, that's my taste. Photograpic art, your best work I've seen. I'd give this an award if I were Pete. Cheers, Bert
