...the river running across this wonderful beach has carved a deep hole around this boulder, I almost stepped too close.

5ximages stacked to give the depth.

Super composition Dougie. I'm seeing two long curves echoing each other - the lower edge of the cloud, the snaking blue line of the top of the water.

There's a third in the yellow within the river. Wink

Very nearly abstract in its appeal while maintaining a strong impression of vast space.

A delicious image Dougie - it really gives a feel of these beautiful islands and their coastlines. As Bill says - the strong impression of vast space, which is what I love about these islands.

What an interesting shot, Dougie: there's so much to take in, the most fascinating being how the flowing water has eroded away the sand round the rocks leaving a substantial pool.
A huge open space and sky, the tiny houses on the distant shore adding a sense of scale.
Ronnie.

Absolutely fantastic! such clarity in the water, amazing! The rock beneath the water surface almost looks like a turtle head. Can you see what I mean?

I saw it Johanna, that's why I took so many shots here. That pool is pretty deep. Smile
