Hi - I was reading an article in one of the Digital Photography magazines where they showed leaves frozen in ice - so I got out my best leaf and froze it in a little food tray in the freezer. There was a small blip when I found out Mr C had placed a curry on top and there was a big lump of ice in the middle - soon remedied with hot water!
When I took the finished produce out of the freezer it was snowing so I popped it outside to catch a few flakes before I took the shot.
Hope you like it - thanks for all your kind comments on my 70s shot - I was looking at version 2 this morning with Mr C and it looks like my Mum has cut my hair round a pudding basin! I look like 'Just William'.
Take care - Jude.

This makes a nice image and I like the dusting of snow. Worth doing!
Andrew
Wonderful both images, excellent close up #2 - the christals are just like the kids drawings.

A valuable addition to the recent dead leaves photos posted here. The supplementary snowflakes are a lovely addition.
Btw your upload from yesterday was Featured e2 Photo an hour ago!

Love the crisp clear #1, but it's got to be #2 for the detail!

Two super colourful shots, but v2 gets my click for the detail

Wonderful work Jude, you've produced two top class images
Love it Jude But I have not seen a snow flake this year yet, some people have all the luck, well done.
