Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good start to the Week. Thanks to all for your kind comments and votes on my recent images.
I don't usually upload on a Monday, but decided to just for a change Smile
I took this and other River pic's while out giving my bad Leg a bit of a walk on Friday. It resulted in me having a badly swollen Foot on Saturday, but thankfully it's not too bad now.Smile Hope you like the image, and have a good Week ahead.

All the best to all,

John Smile

Beautifully composed. I like the fact that you have no 'horizon', no top water-line. Gives a very intimate, private feel.

There is a great tranquillity in this photograph, John; tranquillity is good for bad legs and swollen feet, and I wish you plenty of it!
Regards
Bill

A bit pristine looking John,
but a fine shot all the same.
And I still find there is nothing better for swollen feet
than giving them a steep in a basin of hot water when you are watching the telly !!
Mick.

Your leg is taking its time to heal John, hope it continues to improve though! Great shot by the way, lovely pristine colours.

Love the tranquility in this shot - a swollen leg! Join the club - I have had mine up with an ice pack on - most annoying when the weather is good - get well soon

At first glance a very ordinary image, John, but there's a lot more here than meets the eye at first. The one-sided comp, the lack of any horizon, the subdued colours, the stillness....very, very good indeed.

Ah, thanks all, and the Foot seems to be ok now, just got to get rid of the soreness at the top of my Leg, and I'll be fine. Thank you all so much for your concern.
