going to give my best shot at a series of captures so please bear with me as i try my hand at it. Today the family and I headed over to the Native American Festival at F.D.R. State park near our home and were trully taken back by the great traditions and beautiful ceremonial wear that these great people displayed. There were many different tribes from all over including South America! as they danced, they encouraged us to join in and dance but my only fear is i would have mistakenly did a rain dance and caused a thunderstorm or monsoon and once again pale face ruins the show, with my luck, lol. starting out with a collage of two images blended together one being the flag from a recent trip to P.A. which i lowered in value to not overshadow and the native American indian from today which i changed to sepia. hope you enjoy as i will be posting more from todays event!
If at all possible please view large..
stay well and thanks always for the great comments and help!

I am part Mig Mog Tony if you go back enough generations in my family tree, but it's not a part of my heritage that I have explopred very much.
I like the blending of the two images, it has worked out well.

Tony, original, evocative and very well done.
take care victor
Great manipulation work Tony, you've done well here because both images stand out in their own right, without one being overdominant
Very effective work Tony. Methinks I need more PS lessons!!
Take care,

Fantastic work Tony and well executed, love the spiritual feel it has.

Superb image capturing the traditions of your country.
Well done.

Tell me something. Do native American Indians now embrace the American flag as their own ? My limited knowledge of American history would make that seem quite incredible, but I'm happy to be re-educated on the subject. Politics apart, I don't think this double-exposure works particulary well - to me it looks like a potentially very strong shot (the person) has just been ruined by the double exposure of the flag, and the result is a very weak and messy "nearly" shot. It's not easy for me to post this, following on from so much praise, but I'm no expert so if I were you I'd take heart from all the praise you have thus far received.
Take it easy
