Me and the good lady wife decided to make back to back trips up to Twisleton Scar, one yesterday afternoon for sunset and first thing this morning for sunrise ... boy do I need a hot bath to soak my aching limbs now
Anyway, enough of my woes ... this one is from the pre-dawn colours on offer this morning. I have meant to seek out and capture this Erratic for a couple of years now, so I can finally tick this off my 'to-do' list
Not sure what the exact temperature was up there but it was -1 when we arrived and with the wind chill it up top it must've been around -5 at a guess. Needless to say that when the sun had finally given up the ghost and sunk behind the low cloud, I realised that I couldn't feel my fingers ... in fact it took the full 40 minute decent back to the car to get the full sensation back in them. I reckon it was worth it though
Cheers for looking in, hope your weekend's been as enjoyable.
